NM Pre 30h Real Estate Principles and Practices
This course provides 30-hours of instruction in principles and practices of real estate, required of all applicants for a broker’s license in New Mexico. The course prepares learners for the New Mexico licensing exam and provides the foundation necessary to be a successful real estate broker in New Mexico. Topics include real estate finance, settlement, foreclosure, federal taxation, valuation and appraisal, concepts of value, three approaches to value, land description, site valuation, specialty practice areas, and math skills.
